White steel is a very fine grained carbon steel made from a very low contaminate iron loved for its ease of sharpening and ability to take a very fine razor sharp edge quickly. White steel is a favorite of sushi chefs for knives in which a very fine finish is essential. Not the easiest steel to forge and temper properly, white steel done well is a testimony to a smith’s skill. White steel is fairly reactive and requires care to avoid rust as it has virtually no rust resistance.

I think, I have given correct question. Once watch H.S Ray NPTEL first lecture in NFEM. Once he mentioned woote steel, he have written in a paper while explaining. But, he didn't explained about its composition.

I think you Want to say,  wootz steel,

This is historical name of steel,

The terms wootz come from tamil word ukku.

steel in ancient India is the chronicle of the legendary
wootz steel. This has long been a subject of much fascination around the globe, with many
legends and accounts surrounding it. It is clear that more than two millennia ago, India led the
world in developing an impressive tradition of making high-grade steel called wootz (an
aberration of the Tamil word ukku). It was an important export item to various parts of the world.
The famous Damascus swords were fabricated from wootz steel. Figure 1.1 is a conceptual
scheme of the process, based on the accounts of Arab and European travellers (Biswas 1996).
For about a thousand years or more, wootz was the only advanced material in the world. It had
high carbon (1.5–2%) and even exhibited super-plasticity. It evoked interest of scientists in
Europe in the nineteenth century. Faraday devised a procedure for its chemical analysis, and
many early metallographers studied its watermark-like microstructure.
